Required Civil Documents
Do not submit unofficial church or hospital records.
- Requirement: Birth, Marriage, and Death certificates must be issued by the Registry Department (High Court Registry) in Kingstown.
Note: Ensure you submit the official certified copy with the Registrar’s seal.
Police Certificates (PCC)
- Requirement: Applicants aged 18+ must provide a Police Record (Certificate of Character).
- Issuing Authority: This is issued by the Royal Saint Vincent and the Grenadines Police Force (Criminal Records Office).
- Process: You must apply in person at the Police Headquarters in Kingstown. You will need to provide a set of fingerprints.
Translation Requirements
No Translations Needed: Since English is the official language of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, your civil documents (Birth, Marriage, Police Certs) do not require translation. This saves you time and money compared to non-English regions.
