Slovakia to Canada Spousal Sponsorship
Last updated: January, 2026
If you’re sponsoring a spouse, common-law partner, or conjugal partner from the Slovak Republic, IRCC requires only the standard spousal sponsorship forms. There are no Slovakia-specific additional forms or document instructions beyond the general requirements.
Our Toronto immigration consultants assisted number of applicants from the Slovakia. This experience helps ensure applications are prepared correctly and submitted in line with IRCC expectations, helping to avoid unnecessary delays. If you’d like a full overview, you can visit our Spousal Sponsorship page, review our fees page, and book a consultation for guidance tailored to your situation.
