Country-Specific Documents

In Myanmar, the Household Member List is the primary proof of family composition and residency.

Requirement: You must submit a clear copy of the official Household List (often a booklet) showing the principal applicant and family members.
National Registration Card (NRC): Submit a copy of the Citizenship Scrutiny Card (NRC/CSC) front and back.

Required Civil Documents

Marriage registration varies by religion in Myanmar.

Requirement: Submit the Official Marriage Certificate registered with the court or relevant authority.
Affidavit: If a formal certificate was not issued (common in some customary marriages), you may need to submit a Sworn Affidavit of Marriage supported by photos and the Household List showing the spouse.

Police Certificates (PCC)

Requirement: Applicants aged 18+ must provide a Police Clearance Certificate.
Issuing Authority: This is issued by the Township Police Station where the applicant resides.
Recommendation: Get the certificate endorsed/notarized to ensure validity.
