Country-Specific Documents
Travel History (IMM 5562): We strongly recommend completing this form for the principal applicant and all family members aged 18+.
Required Civil Documents
Do not use notary copies. IRCC requires government-issued certified copies.
- Issuing Authority: All Birth, Marriage, and Death certificates must be issued by the Registro Nacional de las Personas (RNP).
- Requirement: You must submit a Folio (Certified Copy) of the original entry in the civil registry.
Note: Ensure the document has the official seal and signature of the Registrar.
Police Certificates (PCC)
- Requirement: Applicants aged 18+ must provide a Constancia de Antecedentes Penales.
- Issuing Authority: This is issued by the Poder Judicial (Judicial Branch) of Honduras.
- Validity: These certificates expire quickly (often 3-6 months). Ensure it is valid at the time of submission.
Translation Requirements
If any document is not in English or French, include:
- the original document (or required certified copy), plus
- a certified translation
Make sure names, dates, and document details match exactly between the original and the translation.
