Country-Specific Documents
- Travel History (IMM 5562): Required for the principal applicant and all family members aged 18+.
- Military Service (IMM 5546): Mandatory for anyone who has served in the military, police, security forces, or held a government position.
Requirement: You must submit a full copy of the military card or booklet, including all blank pages.
Required Civil Documents
IRCC has unique formatting rules for Palestinian documents.
- Passport History (5 Years): You must submit a full copy of all passports used in the last 5 years.
- Scan Requirement: You must scan every page, including blank pages, entry/exit stamps, and visas.
- Marriage Certificates: IRCC generally requires the Manual (Non-Computerized) Marriage Certificate issued by the Religious Court (Sharia or Church).
- Note: Ensure this document is authenticated by the Palestinian Authority (Ministry of Justice/Foreign Affairs).
- Divorce Certificates: Must be the final divorce decree from the Religious Court, duly authenticated.
- National ID (Hawiya): You must provide a clear color copy of the Palestinian Identity Card (Hawiya).
Police Certificates (PCC)
Police Certificate: Applicants aged 18+ must provide the Certificate of Non-Conviction (Certificate of Good Conduct).
Issuing Authority: This is issued by the Palestinian Authority Ministry of Justice.
Translation Requirements
If any document is not in English or French, include:
- the original document (or required certified copy), plus
- a certified translation
