Clients share files with RightWay Canada using our online client portal.

For security purposes and in order to keep your files organized, DO NOT use any other file sharing methods (Email, messages, Google Drive, etc.).

“Save for Later” button is located at the bottom of each page. It allows applicants to save their answers and complete the questionnaires and spreadsheets at a later time. Please make sure to click on this button prior to ending the session otherwise the information provided in the last session will be lost.

After finalizing each questionnaire or spreadsheet, you need to click on the “Complete” button. If everything is correct, your case processing assistant will approve your submission. If any changes are required, they will leave a comment on a particular form(s), doc(s), and/or spreadsheet(s) giving you detailed instructions on what needs to be changed or added.

Processing time fully depends on how fast you can complete online questionnaires, spreadsheets and provide all documents required as per your personalized document checklist.

While we understand that some clients are submitting documents slower than others, please keep in mind that your retainer agreement is terminated upon expiration in accordance with Section 12.3 of your agreement regardless of your application submission. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to delay the process without any valid reason to avoid termination or additional administrative fees.

To view the government fees, please refer to IRCC’s website here.
